Epoxy High Build Coating

Asmira Epoxy High Build Coating is a two pack system is a high performance coating for use in tanks, chemical plants, fertilizer plants, Petrochemical complexes and wherever high chemical resistance along with aesthetical appeal and good abrasion resistance are required.

Asmira Epoxy High Build Coating can offer excellent adherence, flexibility and abrasion resistance. It can be use directly on the floor where splashes of chemicals, oils, petrochemicals takes place. This coating system gives better protection in lesser number of coats.

• : 75-100 microns per coat

• : Above 25 ˚C

• Theoratical Coverage

• : 45 to 5 m₂ on a smooth, non absorbent surface at recommended DFT

• : By brush or airless spray

• Pot Life

• : 4 hours at 30 ˚C

• Shelf Life

• : 12 months for individual components

• Drying

• : Set to touch : 1 to 1.5 hours
  Through Drying :24 hours.

• Temperature Resistance

• : 150 ˚C dry heat
